‘Il trasporto pubblico a Venezia’ is a sound installation commissioned for the exhibition ‘Dove acqua e terra si incontrano’, which celebrates the 150° years anniversary of ACTV, the transport and infrastruture agency of Venice municipality.

The installation is entirely based on field recordings taken in the venice lagoon, especially in those exchange areas where ferries and motorboats dock, and buses and trams connect the island with the mainland. The project is designed by 120 grammi, studio di architettura.
