‘Fermento’ is a permanent audiovisual installation realised for 47 Anno Domini Vineyards that explores the sounds of the fermentation process by using hydrophones and contact microphones. The recorded sounds generate a visual pattern that is projected on the tanks of the vinery, thus evoking the internal transformation of the must.

The installation was produced by Fondazione Ca’ Foscari, supported by Current Corporate, and sustained by the technical support of Claudio Bellini.
