‘Blue river’ is part of a series of installations commissioned to artist Giuseppe Licari for the Breckenridge International festival of Arts, Colorado, and curated by Nicole Dial-Kay.

The stone paved floor of the Old Masonc Hall - Breck Create - hides an eight-channel sound installation developed through field recordings collected in those areas of Blue River’s bed first destroyed during golden rush and now under restoration.
