Vokas is a laboratory lead by Luca Ruali in collaboration with Paul Paper (photography), Emilio Macchia (thypography), and Nicola Di Croce (soundscape), and hosted by the Vilnius Academy of  Arts.

The workshop invites lithuanian students to explore alternative approaches for representing the urban environment of their city: Klaipeda. Among other approaches, soundscape research become a tool for  understanding the political and social issues of the city; thus the students are asked to record and recompose the urban soundscapes creating a sound installation.
